PROCESSING ORDERS


 Just a reminder that you will receive your order 2-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 3-5 days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.

 DUE TO COVID- ORDERS WILL TAKE LONGER TO SHIP. PLEASE ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS.

Standard Shipping (2-3 Business days*) -$7.50

Canada- Standard Shipping $7.50

International Express- Please contact us for quote before placing order

Time listed does not include 3-5 business day processing time.

We are not responsible for orders that have been lost in the mail or stolen from mail receptacles. If the USPS tracking number says delivered, we have no choice but to trust the postal services.

 

RETURN POLICY

Our return/exchange policy is changing and it’s imperative that you read.

 

THIS IS REGARDING BRAND NEW BOUTIQUE ITEMS ONLY, ALL CONSIGNMENT IS FINAL SALE.

 

1. Returns can be done within 14 days of receiving (the delivered date will be the start of the 14 days. Not the day you open your package)

 

2. You will have to send an email to Info@ShopCurvyGirls.com giving the heads up on the return.

 

3. A note MUST be included with your package stating your Name and email used to pay your invoice and a reason for the return. Without this note- you WILL NOT RECEIVE STORE CREDIT. Any items received without this note will be out the package and the refund.

 

4. You will receive STORE CREDIT AFTER THE a 10% restock fee.

 

5. All sale items are final. No returns will be allowed on those items. If you are unsure just shoot us a message.

 

6. All return items will be shipped by the buyer at their own expense. The buyer will need to keep track of the tracking to follow up if the refund hasn’t been sent.

 

7. All STORE Credit will be sent once a week- on a Friday to eliminate missing anything. If we receive your items on a Monday- it will be the following Friday before STORE CREDIT is issued.

Due to the nature of our business, items purchased that are gently used cannot be returned.We are unable to manage or determine whether the item was worn or not; therefore, Curvy Girl will be unable to do a refund. 

Local customers have the option of picking up items that are purchased online. If the item is picked up, tried on in the store, and doesn’t meet your expectations, we will issue you a Credit. 

 

 

Refused Packages 
All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
 
Undeliverable Packages 
All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
 
Delivered Packages
All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accomodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
