Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • $8.00 flat-rate US shipping 

  • $30 flat rate for our Northern friends in Canada!

  •  Items usually ship in 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner! 

  • PRE ORDER SHIPMENTS ship in 2-6 weeks(PLEASE READ ITEM DESCRIPTION)
  • Shipping for VENDOR BOX LIVES/ MARKET LIVES or PRE ORDERS unless notated are 10-15 business days (but also very fluid) as these are items that are not in stock and have to be shipped from the vendor. We will always note this on a live if it's a "vendor" live! Any items purchased with a vendor box or market live will also ship within the same timeline even if they are not part of that live. Please keep that in mind when checking out with non vendor box items and vendor box items at the same time.

PREORDERS- when ordering preorders with separate shipping dates, please make sure to checkout separately or all preorders will ship together on date arrived.

 ONCE ORDERS ARE PLACED, WE CANNOT CANCEL. IF WE MUST CANCEL, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE

Returns

Hey boss lady! While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness & Satisfaction is number one around here!

  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of delivery of item. 

  • PREORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
  • Orders sent back after the return period will be RETURNED TO SENDER.

 

  • If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and unfortunately will not accept anymore returns.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit ONLY

  • Please note mystery items, SHOES, jewelry, accessories or personal care items are FINAL SALE. All items bought with a coupon code, GIFT CARD or STORE CREDIT or with cash back, sale items are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable 

  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 

  • To initiate a return, please email Info@ShopCurvyGirls.com. We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form

  • Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. We promise we send them quickly! We've got you!  

  • All returns will be subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE

NOTE: There is typically a delay in our mail delivery because of how it is forwarded, so please allow 7-21 business days for us to receive returns. Please do not send emails asking have we received or processed your return if it is still within that timeframe.

Due to the nature of our business, items purchased that are gently used cannot be returned. We are unable to manage or determine whether the item was worn or not; therefore, Curvy Girl will be unable to do a refund. 

 Refused Packages 

All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
 
Undeliverable Packages 
All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
 
Delivered Packages
All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accomodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
